    The hotel was nice, staff were amazing. Need more breakfast options, eggs, fruits etc. Renovations with the hotel and parking lot needed. Thanks

    The tv was out the whole time.the bar soap packets were all open and no kleenex. The air conditioner was really loud and had to use the fan to cool the room.

    Walked into room and almost cut my foot open in bathroom…. Told front desk about the floor having a gouge in it that was sticking up and they didn’t offer anything not even a room switch. The pool is apparently almost always shut down and there is no notification until you show up. Overall the room wasn’t very clean and looked like a handyman special was doing their remodel with dried paint t and assuming caulk or glue dried all over the place . On top of that my husband woke up to shower and head to a wedding we were part of at 5 am and he woke up and no hot water in shower! Told front desk and they argued with me that previous guest didn’t complain about it and went as far as having housekeeping come and run water since main was not going to be in until 9 and I had to leave by 8 for a wedding that day. After several trips to front desk between 5:30 and 7am on this issue including bringing them a glass of the water and housekeeping running the water for 10-15 mins to verify it was only Luke warm and I was not lying , they finally opened another room for me to shower in. This was the 2nd worse motel stay we have had in 20 years!
