Could not have been happier with this property. My wife, daughter (17), and son (14) loved it! Location was perfect to enjoy the beach and all the Water Color amenities. Property was as listed and then some. Very very clean and spacious. Area at night was extremely quiet which was definitely appreciated. Additionally, the staff was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process.

This is a beautiful home..was clean…lots of amenities and close to everything…I cant say enough about Sanders Beach Rentals…They were spot on when we needed anything…Have never stayed at a place on 30A where we got better service..Will definitely ise this rental company from now on….

We had a wonderful time. Everything was in working order and was the perfect size for our extended family. Great location and appreciated the use of the golf cart and bikes on property.
