BEAUTIFUL 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOUSE SLEEPS 5.
If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle Paggiri House is the perfect place to be.
Sitting in the high spinal area on the picturesque island of Alonissos, Paggiri House boasts spectacular views.
It is in an easy ten minute drive to the harbour of Patitiri which has plenty of tavernas and shops and it’s less than a 10 minute drive to some of the islands beautiful beaches.
If you wanted to walk it to the harbour it takes approximately twenty five minutes.
The house is designed for outdoor living and faces due south with amazing views overlooking the sea.
To the east, the islands of The Two Brothers and Skantzoura,to the south the lush green views of the southern end of the Island of Alonissos and to the west over the sea to Skopelos and the Greek mainland.
The sunrises and sunsets are something else and can be seen from either of it's two terraces.
The house size is 108.27 square metres and sits in a plot of 4500 square metres.
The grounds are laid out with a lovely garden and has it's own olive grove.
The land is fully fenced and has a large wooden gate which gives access to the property. The drive area is fully gravelled and there is ample parking.
The entrance of the house opens directly into the open plan lounge and kitchen. In the lounge area is a traditional corner Alonissos fireplace.
The room is comfortably furnished with chairs, coffee table and fully stocked bookshelf it also includes a sofa bed ideal for additional guests. There is also a 32 inch flat screen smart TV and DVD player.
The ample sized kitchen is fully fitted and has a large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob with extractor fan, microwave and washing machine. The is also a wooden dining table with four chairs.
Patio doors from both the lounge and kitchen open out onto a large south facing terrace with amazing views of the sea and the south of the island.
The terrace which is ideal for dining and entertaining has a table and six chairs and also has a large built in BBQ at one side, at the other side is a comfortable corner seating area ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Off the ground floor hall is a large bedroom with twin beds. Solid wood fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and vanity unit. Next to it is a good sized, fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and a semi enclosed shower. This room has an air conditioning unit.
Climbing up the marble staircase to the upstairs and the large master bedroom. It has a king size bed, large wardrobe, drawers and bed side tables. This room has an air conditioning unit. The balcony doors open onto a huge terrace that cannot be overlooked or viewed from anywhere around with superb views all around. It has a table chairs and sun loungers a perfect place to relax. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and semi enclosed shower.

Paggiri is a wonderful house with two very spacious terraces in a secluded area of Alonissos. Views are spectacular.
Hopefully will come back next year

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Paggirihouse.Die 14 Tage waren nur viel zu kurz.Die Unterkunft hielt absolut was das Inserat versprochen hat. Sie war liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich.
Besonders phantastisch war natürlich die traumhafte Aussicht, die man von beiden Terassen hatte. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und nachts auf den gemütlichen Liegestühlen auf der oberen Terasse einen spektakulären Sternenhimmel.
Lauren die Tochter der Vermieterin , die auf Alonissos lebt, war sehr hilfsbereit. Sie gab u s gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und war immer füt uns erreichbar.
Sehr angenehm war es auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung zu haben.
Alonissos ist so wunderschön. Ein Quell der Ruhe und Entspannung. Wer allerdings viel bummeln oder besichtigen möchte ist hier fehl am Platz.
Für uns jedenfalls war es genau richtig und es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt auf dieser Trauminsel.
