About this apartment rental

Family run spacious apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac. One of 17 privately owned apartments in a Spanish-style development with a swimming pool. Stunning views of the sea, mountains and marinas. Two private sun terraces with canopy, loungers, table and 4 chairs. Sandy beach, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Ideal location to explore the attractive valley of Puerto Rico, with its fantastic sunshine record. Pretty marinas offer excellent water sport facilities, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and trips round the island. There are 7 golf courses, the nearest to the apartment is Anfi, 18-hole championship course plus 9-hole course, 5 minutes drive. Two other courses within 20 minutes drive. Flood-lit tennis courts and bowling alley are all within a 10 minute walk. Two gyms and medical centre in Puerto Rico. WIFI available at the apartment.

A large well kept, well equiped and clean apartment in a good location for all amenities and the beach. Having stayed at many many apartments in Puerto Rico over the years , this is one of the best and the price is reasonable.
