The breakfast and staff were wonderful
The hot tub chemicals were so strong they damage my $195 bathing suit . It was a bright suit that I have wore at other places before with no problem . After I rinsed it was completed faded out. My grandson got a rash .

Breakfast was okay, although nothing special. There were options, at least. The room was much bigger than it seemed in the picture, which was a nice surprise.
Somehow we ended up being booked into the wrong room, so upon arrival, the room we were given had no bedding on the bed and a big cleaning machine in the middle of it. When we reported this to the receptionist, she made a call and found out we weren't ever supposed to be booked in that room for some reason. We basically got lucky that they had a spare. After about 45 minutes, we finally got our room. The receptionist was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. It was just a crummy way to start off our trip.
