Authentic Local Stay by the Sea – Perfect for Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Arija! Host Marija made arrival easy by sending a few helpful WhatsApp videos to guide us to the apartment. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. The studio had everything we needed – comfy beds, a small but well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which is very much a local spot with no tourist crowds – perfect if you’re looking for peace and authenticity. The village also has a few breakfast bars nearby, making mornings easy and relaxed. Highly recommended for a laid-back, local experience by the sea!

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean, the landlady was very friendly and helpful, the view from apartment was also really nice. We had our own parking place. We really enjoyed our holidays. I recommend this place to the families and friends.

Superb

The accommodation is very cozy, clean, useful and looks like new, even though the beds creak. In the kitchen there is nothing unnecessary, but everything necessary and useful - we cooked there without problems every day. The housewife is very kind, helpful, willing to give advice at any time, even early in the morning or on holidays. She is very cheerful and talkative, you will certainly like her. The apartment is really close to the sea and we were not afraid to let the children go to the beach without our supervision. The sea is actually Prokljansko lake, it is not so salty and the waves are not as strong as elsewhere in Croatia, which also suited for the children. However, it may not always be as clean as it is elsewhere in Croatia. What is really important for us, the place has a beautiful natural surroundings and near it lies the historic town of Šibenik, so we saw really many wonderful things and enjoyed the holiday perfectly. We are thankful to Marija and her nice family!

The real disadvantage for the family with three small children is the small space inside the apartment. We lacked at least one more closet for our stuff. Another disadvantage is the absence of a garden where children could chase and play. The terrace is shared by guests from the two apartments what may be bothering to someone. However, we had at least the opportunity for a nice evening times with kind people and wine.

Lauku idille!🌿

Apartamenti bija ļoti skaisti un kopti. Lokācija ļoti laba, tur pat ir ezers, kafejnīcas un 15 min attālumā Krka nacionālais parks, kuru arī iesaku apskatīt. Pie pašiem apartamentiem ir iespēja novietot auto. Apartamentos bija viss nepieciešamais. Saimniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretīmnākoša.

Tæt ved en storby. Rolig med mulighed for at bade, og indkøb(lille købmand). En vært som var venlig og hjælpsom.

Es hat uns mega gut gefallen

Die Herbergsmutter war sehr sehr zuvorkommend und lieb! Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht ! Und wenn man ein wenig fährt hat man die schönsten Buchten der Kroatischen Küste zur Verfügung
