Helles freundliches Apartment mit einer großen Wohnküche und einem riesigen ca. 10m² Balkon im 2.OG. Ein Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne sowie ein sparaetes WC mit HWR mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. In der Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz befindet sich ein separates abschließbares Kellerabteil, wo sich zwei Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Mitbenutzung befinden. In allen Räumen stehen frische Blumen. Die Bushaltestelle "Apothekenstraße" befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre mit guter Anbinfung an den Bahnhof und das Umland. Der Supermarkt (E-Center) ist ca. 1 km entfernt.
Wenn man richtig kochen möchte, fehlen in der Küche ein paar Basics wie Kochlöffel, Reibe, Schneebesen, scharfe Schälmesser und ggf. eine Mikrowelle. Der Müllraum befindet sich im Nachbargebäude (12A) etwas versteckt. Den Straßenlärm hört man v.a. am Wochenende abends (Cruisern).

Prachtig modern appartement in het centrum van Forchheim, dicht bij een grote variatie aan horeca. Goed onderhouden. Geweldige attente, lieve eigenaren, die er alles aan doen om het verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken.
