Its location is very good. You could easily access to shopping places and restaurants. Most of them are on walkable distance.

It’s a two storey building. Children’s playing on the upper storey room is quite disturbing to the lower storey. AC is very old - couldn’t turn on heater. TV is Old with only TV channels - fire TV would have been better with installed Netflix / Amazon Prme. At least drinking water provision could have been helpful. The toilet has some kind of stains. Although separate smoking and non smoking rooms are available but separate building blocks would have been better. Lights are dim. The hotel advertising had a big swimming pool but would be surprised to see that actually it’s too small and that too attached to the main gate - would say confusing the customers.

Great value for the price. The room was clean, WiFi worked well, and the location made it easy to get around. Perfect for a simple stay.

The location was nice.

The room was VERY dated and run down. The bathroom was in severe need of a paint and resurface of the bath tub. The floor needed to be cleaned better, there was hair EVERYWHERE that was not mine. The TV service went out a couple of time while we were watching and this was super frustrating. The pool was hardly open.

Location was great. Staff was nice.

The shower curtain did not stay closed. Water all over the floor in the bathroom.

The showers were disgusting, mold on the vents, pee stains on the sheets. Never stay here.

The customer service was poor. I had worked in this industry for years and I always like to favor the employees, but in this case. They need a mass hiring for their entire operation. My room was moved three times. I was not compensated for this experience.

Excellent, quiet location right off the 91 Fwy. yet I didn't notice any road noise; didn't notice any noise from neighbors as well. Nice, helpful staff at checkin. Room was large, bed comfortable, seemed to have all the amenities.

Unable to watch TV as I think the batteries in remote were almost dead. Luckily, WiFi was adequate enough that I could watch YouTube on my laptop.

Its really nice, property has been updated. Its very safe my family enjoyed.

The comfort and location is great! The stay was nice and cozy. The bathroom was good as well. I do wish that the shower curtains do close fully. The shower curtain does keep on moving towards the middle of the shower rods.

A light on top of the bed wasn’t working. There was a mini graffiti on the huge mirror as well. The remote controlled didn’t have a backing to it. But they were all very minor “issues”. We got working air conditioning, running clean water, working refrigerator, working TV, working locking mechanism, comfy bed & pillows, etc.

The location is perfect. The staff and cleaning crew was so polite and respectful. And airconditioning was perfect during a very hot weather.

It's just the smell. We were on a non smoking room but we could smell it from the outside coming in the room, especially cannabis. The lighting was a bit dark, no bedside or headboard lights.

The bed was uncomfortable, the floor was buckling and the toilet was problematic. TV was spotty and the stray cats who walk all over your car which have fleas The hot water wasn’t consistent but the place was fair.

I booked a last-minute 2-night stay for a nearby conference. The location is in the heart of Cerritos. Parking was easy and free — a big plus. For the price, the value is solid — it’s more affordable than other hotels in the area and quality-wise it feels like a step up from typical motel-style options. The staff were present and helpful during my late Friday night check-in, which I appreciated. The room itself was basic but comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I also liked that there was a mini-fridge — handy for keeping water and takeout meals.

The bathroom felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, but it was functional.

My non smoking room smelled of cigarettes so bad like someone was chain smoking for years. Then there were some unattractive spots on the comforter when I arrived. The TV didn’t work with or without the remote. It was bad I have video footage I took of the condition’s housekeeping had to confirm how bad it was so they gave me another room it was ok better then the first one until I saw a spider crawling past my foot and the shower was hard to turn on not to mention the plungers on the side of the toilets in each room. It was a very disappointing experience 😢

Some people that stayed there were making so much noise , nocking on my door and my other family door, screaming, running on the parking lot , at 1:00 am , I called the front desk and he said he would tell them something, that never happen because they continue to do it , and now they even started saying racist comments , that only happen our last night there , but besides that everything was good

It's a good location! Staff is super friendly! Definitely staying here each time I visit from Arizona 👍👍
