Gorgeous, high-quality finishes, including 'cooling' marble bathrooms and floors as well as air conditioning and fans to bedrooms and lounge area, make this apartment truly comfortable. Additionally, all the necessary amenities for a wonderful holiday are included such as cable TV, high speed WiFi, complementary local telephone calls, fully equipped kitchen, and more. Of benefit, this fourth floor apartment is easily accessible by either a lift or communal staircase. A casual walk to the northern tip of Payne's Bay, will take you to the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel. For convenience, a bus stop is just a one minute walk from Waterside, with island-wide fares only BD$3.50. Water sport amenities are conveniently located a few minutes walk along the beach, whilst several world class golf courses are a short drive away from the apartment.

The condo was glorious. It was spacious and very well appointed with loads of towels, A/C in all rooms, tea/sugar/spices and all necessary kitchen appliances and amenities provided.The view to the beach was stunning and unobstructed with comfy furniture on the waterfront balcony. The pool was also beautiful and well maintained. The beach in front of the condo is a bit narrow, however…The walk slightly north to the beach of St. James is approx 4min on the road (or can be accomplished at low tide on the beach). Chairs with food and drinks are available on the wide and spacious St. James beach.There is also a very convenient, fully equipped Massy supermarket a short bus/taxi drive north. It has a very wide selection of grocery items and alcohol.And finally, the bus system on the island is fabulous, and a great way to meet the kind and lovely locals. There is a bus stop just a 1 minute walk from the condo.Anne, our host, was second to none. She responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions.

Lovely clean, big apartment. Very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment has a wonderful view. Cant wait to return one day.

We love Waterside 404! The view was spectacular. We also loved the pool for doing laps. Sonia was wonderful.Overall, would not want to stay any where else.

We were fortunate to stay at this outstanding apartment.It is light/airy with an abundance of space. The decor is personal and uniquely designed..a feast for the eye.The view from the very spacious patio is pure heaven. Beds and bathrooms comfortable and very spacious.The beach is literally at your doorstop and Paynes Bay is an ideal area on the West Coast as a base.We have been to Barbados 4 times and this trip staying at this apartment excelled in every way possible.I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go tomorrow!!!!!!
