Comfortable 2 bed top floor apartment. Air conditioning. Paris 15 e.

Corinne was very attentive and kind. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

This place was so convenient to the metro and was beautifully appointed with lots of light and balconies. It is located on the top floor, accessible by elevator with kitchen, living and powder room on one floor and two beds/two baths on the second, accessible by stairs. This is Corinne home so she had all the basic amenities one would need for a stay. She also supplied us with some basics of coffee, tea, milk and water to settle us in. Air conditioning in living and bed 1 are split units, and a portable in the second bed. There is a grocery store across the street and no shortage of restaurants, bars and specialty stores between the home and the metro. Unfortunately we were only able to book for our first 6 nights…we would have loved to have stayed for the duration of our 15 days as it was perfect for two friends.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed Parisian apartment in the 15th. It felt like staying in a house, with bedrooms on the second level up interior stairs and the kitchen, living room and dining on the first level along with a small lovely terrace surrounded with trellace fencing, blooming clematis vine and fragrant mock orange shrubs. A songbird sceranaded us with our morning croissants (from the adjacent boulangerie) and with our wine and dinner al fresco in the evenings. There is an excellent artisanal boucherie and produce shop a 15 minute stroll down the street. There are two Metro stops around the corner that wisk you in minutes to the Eifel Tower, Les Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Louvre, etc. Some good bistros and restaurants are nearby, and a couple of Metro stops takes you to Michelin starred restaurants. Madame our host was wonderfully helpful. She greeted us with wine, chatted in fluent English about the apartment (after our clumsy French), and made a special trip to DHL to ship us some items we left behind. As you can tell, we loved the apartment and highlyvrecommend it.

Good location in the 15th, away from the tourist traps. The apartment is large and very airy and sunny. I'd stay here again. For the height of the heatwave included the portable AC unit is inadequate, we ended up moving to a hotel and the gracious host offered to offset some of that cost. Very agreeable.
