Location Corricella is very quiet, at a distance of 10 meters from the dock in a fishing village.
No traffic, no car nor scooter but accessible only by means of easy stairs or by sea.
The temperature is above average even in winter.
The loft has been re-structured in 2022 and a mechanical ventilation system between the cavities, that allows the elimination of condensation and humidity, has been installed.
On request you can make arrangements for custody service boats.
Corricella was the location of the film "Il Postino" with Massimo Troisi and Mariagrazia Cucinotta.
Opportunity to buy fresh fish directly from fishermen.

Salvatore was a great host. He was prompt with his replies and any questions I may have asked. Not only did he give us recommendations for dinner; he even arranged our dinner reservation for our very large group of 13!!
The location couldnāt be better. You are literally right on the water. Steps away are numerous restaurants/cafes and even nightly live music at the Gelato shop next door. We will be back again

The property is spotless and everything was done with an eye for the little details. It was a very cute conversion of a boathouse. Good quality bedding, excellent kichen, bathroom, infact everything was great.The owners and family were super friendly and helpul. A definate must return.
