The location of the condo is perfect, very near to the beach within walking distance. The condo is clean, useful, has a basic needs like kitchen, utensils, bathroom w/ shower and balcony. There is TV and Wifi. Choice of food is up to the residents. There is a possibility to order food from nearby restaurant outside the complex. We had a pleasant stay here and is recommendable to all visitors. Very friendly and helpful owner. Thanks.
The room is a little bit outdated and shows wear and age here and there. Nothing to worry about but visitors should keep in mind. Do not expect brand new.

Well, the power fluctuations. There was notification but it was quite a lot on Christmas Eve.

We booked last minute and the host was still able to accommodate us. The unit is a studio unit but had good bed provisions (extending sofa bed + futon) to comfortably fit 6. Decent stay, especially for the price.
Little to no signal and the wifi barely worked. Not recommended for anyone who wants to get some work done. Pico de loro’s facilities are also a hit and miss. Elevators can be a bit wonky.

Nature. fish feeding is relaxing, saw tilapia and catfish along with coy.
Pool too far from the beach. We didn't actually stayed in 609b but 214b instead because posting of room in booking.com is not updated according to the contact person so they suggested other units. rom 609b however looks more cozy based on the postings. Most facilities need new paint job esp the pool and condo units.
