A Cosy, newly renovated, apartment with a chalet atmosphere in the heart of the prestigious mountain resort of, Saint-Martin de Belleville.
The apartment forms part of Residence with 33 apartments. It is built in the typical Savoyard style and has direct access to the ski slopes. It has a Living-room with a TV, balcony with nice views of the mountains and a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining-room.

We (group of three couples) stayed at this property and we would definitely come back! The property is well furnished and has all the amenities you need to enjoy the week, the front desk was super helpful with arranging the fondue and raclette machines, and town was just a quick walk for groceries, ski rentals, etc. It does take a while to get onto the mountain (it is ski in / ski out but a few lifts to get up to Val Thorens area) but is a good trade off as the town is much cuter!

Great property. It is spacious and well-equipped. Big balcony overlooking the piste and town. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms. The ski and boot storage is great and leads right out onto a short piste to a button lift and onto the larger chair lift. The pool, steam rooms and saunas are a welcome luxury. The daily bread delivery is a nice touch and the reception team was very helpful. The only downside is that the reception, public areas and spa are locked from 11am to 4pm. Not really an issue unless you choose not to ski for a day. The local town is quiet but has a good grocery shop and great restaurants all within a short walk, all be it with some steep steps :)

In general the Chalet is at a nice spot and very near to the first lift taking you to the slopes. The communication with the host was very nice and helpful, the check-in process without problems and the staff very nice.
The only problems that let the review be not as good as it could, is that not everything was perfect upon arrival. The whirlpool for example wasn’t filled up until the third day and only cold at the fourth. The sauna too was way too cold and never fully heated as it should. So the spa is something you wouldn’t expect fot the price. Compared to a completely private chalet that had to offer everything for a better rate in Switzerland, this here is a little too expensive for the service it had to offer. The bathrooms in the apartment were also very old and don’t live up to modern standards, as well as the water pressure and temperature that was hard to regulate.
