Sapphire Villa is a wonderful property set on the north side of Evia island.The villa took its name from the blue colour the sea in front of it has, as well as from the deep feeling of peace and tranquility it evokes the ones that visit it. It is situated on the shores of Saint Dimitrios, next to Almiropotamos village (2,5 km) where one can find nice restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Additionally the Blue Lake, with its deep green waters is within a mile away, where one can enjoy a nice meal, cocktail or coffee.
This luxurious villa can accommodate comfortably up to 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds and 2 have semi double ones. There is also a sofa that turns into a bed where up to 2 people can rest. Each floor has a bathroom - of which there are 3 - one of which offers the comfort of a bubble bath where one can find peace and relaxation. The house is full of windows facing the sea, giving it unmatched access to the sun’s light which colours the property. It also has two large living rooms, each equipped with its own large dining table with amazing views at the sea and a pool table. Outdoor spaces include a large garden, a dining table and kiosk with a dining table where one can enjoy a nice meal with great views. A barbecue equipped with a traditional oven is also part of the outdoor amenities offered. Other facilities included in the property are : fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, wi-fi, flat TV screen, discs washer, laundry, parking space etc. Upon request you can also have airport transferring, car rental, events planning, sound and lighting, private drivers, boat trips, luxury yachts and helicopters, restaurants reservations, in-house chefs, beauty and Spa.
