The view is good the staff is pretty nice and speak English to a degree if you need. It’s in a good location. The spa tub works great.

On my opinion needs cameras on every floor but they have decent security. Also the beds were not great.

excellent location , good price , spacious rooms , good wifi and Ac , no hassle . I have stayed here a few times now and have made reservations for other friends too . Very much recommended . guest friendly .

Location is great: it is close to all the stores the Poblado neighborhood features. The washing machine and dryer were on the same floor (4th floor) and were easy to use, free and generally always available, unless neighbors wanted to use it at the same time. Bathroom had 5 towels: appreciated.

Jacuzzi was practically not functional: half of its pumps were not working; the hot water would only flow hot for about 1 minute; afterwards it would go cold for much longer. You had to wait next to it until it went cold, then shut it down, then wait for about 1-2 minutes before opening the faucet again, wait again for 30 seconds for the hot water to come out, and this repeatedly. In conclusion: unless you were ready to waste 2 hours of your time repeating that process next to the faucet, this jacuzzi was not working as it should. If you left the faucet on for 1 hour or so without stopping it when it went cold, your bathtub would end up getting filled with cold water. The kitchen did not have many utensils - not even a spatula to prepare eggs and strainer to prepare pasta. I even had to purchase my own corkscrew and they would not even reimburse it to me at the end of my stay. There were several electricity outages during my stay that lasted 2-3 hours in a row and it damaged one of my electric equipment. Host was not much responsive, except for the check-in when he asked me to make a security deposit payment. On Friday and Saturday night, be ready to hear some noise from bars and clubs around until 3-4am. Prepare your ear plugs!
