The three-sheet/loose duvet-inner bed linen system needs improving. The bottom sheet slips around as do the top two sheets, exposing the (not new) inner. For a five-night stay it was impossible to make the bed in the morning. Maintenance wise - the glass lip on the top of the shower cubicle needs gluing/fixing.

Location
Not very clean, needs a good deep clean and a revamp. It's getting old and dated. Paint peeling of ceilings and walls in places. Kitchen press doors hanging off. Balcony dirty and tiles missing. Duvets need replacing. Very expensive for the standard. Great location.
