About this house rental
Location is just minutes to mountains for hiking, fishing, hunting, water sports, winter sports such as skiing, snowmobiling, and golf.
Location allows for quick trips to hike, fish or hunt in the mountains, but also allows for short drives to several public areas that allow for outdoor activity. Fun day drips to Lava Hot Springs (60 mi), Twin Falls Canyon (90 mi), American Falls Reservoir (10 mi), and Snake River (10 mi). Some additional locations to visit of a bit more distance to West Yellowstone (180 mi) and Jackson, Wyoming (160 mi).
Activities include fishing on the Snake River, hunting in the mountains for all different birds and big game. More details to be found here: Unbelievable potential with not many people to compete with!
House is over 5500 square feet of living space and beautiful yard with deck and beautiful view. Farmland is located on all sides of property with beautiful views and great climate. Three of four bedrooms have secluded full bathrooms. TVs are located in upstairs family room and downstairs family room. King-size bed located in master, remaining beds are all queens. Master suite is spacious with large walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Game room downstairs is spacious with foosball table and shuffle board. Deck is spacious for grilling and sitting reading a book or taking in the views. Two fire places located upstairs and downstairs.

This is the most peaceful and quiet setting you could ask for. The house is clean, light, and spacious. The beds are very comfortable.

One of the best stocked homes I have visited; even a pair of scissors in the drawer when we needed one. The house was very clean and quiet in a peaceful and beautiful country setting. We were in town for a family wedding and I only wish we could have spent more time on the property to enjoy it because it was so perfect.

This property has amazing views! This home is spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. It was the perfect location while visiting family in American Falls.
