Available from May to October bedroom apartment in the countryside, conveniently located a few steps from the Costa Smeralda, is only 5 minutes drive from the best beaches of the Gulf of Marinella and Porto Rotondo, and just 10 minutes from the harbors of Olbia and Golfo Aranci. The apartment comprises a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette and living room with 1 sofa bed, for a total of 4 beds. There is also a large veranda and parking space.

Excellent location with a fantastic mountain view. Davide was an excellent hist and communicated well. The place was very clean and had all that you would need. The location is very quiet but you can reach all the popular places within 40 mins by car and supermarket within 10 minutes. I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment is conveniently located close to major beaches and attractions in the north east. Great mountain view, absolute calmness, not a sign of road noise or anything like that. The only thing that can wake you up in the morning is sheeps bell far in the mountain :)
One little thing to improve is availability of basic essentials (like soap, dishwashing liquid) in the apartment. Other than that it has everything you might need.

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento con mia moglie per 7 giorni a Luglio 2014.
L'appartamento e' completo di tutto, spazioso, pulito, nuovo, ha una vista eccezionale, e' tranquillo e si trova a due passi dalle spiagge piu' belle della Costa Smeralda e Golfo Aranci.
Inoltre, Davide, il proprietario, e' gentilissimo.
Assolutamente consigliato!
