On about 100 m² are a well-equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, sink, fridge / freezer and induction hob available.
An open fireplace with barbecue facilities guarantees a barbecue in the open air in all weather conditions.
The spacious dining area with Sitzmöglickeit for 8 to 10 people is completely shaded by a pergola and provides with a photovoltaic system for the ecological operation of the entire system with pool and residential building.
The outdoor area also has its own sanitary area.
A bit out of the way, quieter, there is a shady pavilion with stone table and comfortable seating for the sundowner available.
The complex is located only about 1 km from the beach of the protected bay of Blaz on the eastern, slightly quieter side of the Istrian peninsula at the end of the village of Rebici.
The house has two complete units, each with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom / WC plus washing machine in the E. G. with separate access,
However, the house is only fully bookable.
To the beach of the bay leads a little busy road and a footpath.
The possibility to water a boat exists directly below the house in the bay Blaz with a slip possibility and it can be anchored over bow with a land line.
In the vicinity you will find some very good restaurants and konobas serving local fish, mussels, skampi, Istrian ham, cheese and the only native to Istria Boskarin beef with truffles at affordable prices (eg in Barban, Trget, etc. )

Wir haben einen angenehmen Urlaub verbracht und nichts vermisst. Eine Aussenküche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, wurde ausgiebig genutzt.

Wir, 2 Familien, hatten einen super tollen Urlaub und haben vor allem die Außenanlage sehr in Anspruch genommen (diese Küche, es fehlt wirklich nichts, und der Pool sind ein Traum) . Der Innenbereich war nur zum Schlafen, zwei separate Wohnungen, war optimal für uns. Das Haus liegt zwar Abseits vom Trubel , dennoch eignet sich die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge in jegliche Richtungen und wen man dazu keine Lust hat verbringt man den Tag am Pool. Wir waren an vielen verschiedenen Stränden, auch am Kap Kamenjak (50 min.)
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war klasse, auch Franko, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, ist toll, herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auf diesem Wege liebe Grüße.
Eine Bootstour mit Arsen (+38598203666) ist sehr zu empfehlen und der Rochen den wir zum Grillen bei ihm gekauft haben... Einfach klasse.

Wir haben unseren zwei wöchigen Urlaub auf Istrien sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Einzig die Rasenfläche ist nicht barfuß zu begehen da man sich sonst schnell an den sehr harten Rasenstoppeln verletzen kann. Der Empfang (Franko) ist sehr freundlich und kompetent in allen Fragen.

Wir haben einen super Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man benötigt, auch wenn wir es nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Die restliche Zeit haben wir in der Outdoor-Küche bzw. am Pool verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann, und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Uns persönlich war der Fußmarsch zum Meer zu weit (es war höllisch heiß), aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Küste. Ansonsten gibt es nicht wirklich etwas in der Umgebung (z.B. Restaurants), aber in Geh-Reichweite ist ein kleiner Markt für das nötigste. Das war uns aber vorab aufgrund der Beschreibung bewusst und somit hat alles bestens gepasst.
Vor Ort kümmert sich Franko um die Gäste, ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub
