Great experience overall 👌. Very pretty house, a lot of history in it and in the city in general. Quite, peaceful atmosphere where you feel like at home. Stunning views from the city and that stay we will definitely remember 💙

You have to park outside the city gate and the road to the house is made with stones, so you'd have to carry all the luggage in your hands (you can not use wheels at all if you do not want to break your suitcases). Also, bedrooms are located on the third floor where there are no conditioning, so the temperature there is pretty much the same as it is outside. We have stayed while it was 34-36 C, so it was very challenging to sleep there. In my opinion the price was a bit overpriced for those night conditions.

Sve nam se svidjelo! Predivna lokacija u srcu Groznjana. Svaki put u Grožnjan biramo isti smještaj. Posebno smo bili zadovoljni lokacijom smještaja i čistoćom objekta. Izvanredno. Blizina odličnog restorana Mama Maria i Truba Jazz bara.

Romantic house in a unique medieval village with a perfect central location. The property is finished to a high standard, with quality materials, a great shower, and thoughtful attention to detail and decoration throughout.

The property is not accessible by car. We didn’t realize that it requires a 5–7 minute walk through the old town, where the uneven cobblestones make it almost impossible to roll luggage. We had to make several trips, which made check-in quite stressful for a family with young children. The air conditioning does not reach the bedrooms upstairs. There are no insect screens, and the wooden shutters further restrict airflow. As a result, it was almost impossible to sleep upstairs during the summer.
