About this house rental
Casa de Marcial is a detached holiday home with a private pool, surrounded by gardens, olive trees and Fuerteventura’s open landscapes. A place designed for those who want to enjoy peace, quiet and the island’s vast skies, away from the busier tourist areas and close to nature.
Its location allows you to discover a different, more authentic side of Fuerteventura while still being within easy reach of the coast. Just a few minutes away, you will find the small fishing village and beach of Pozo Negro, while Caleta de Fuste (El Castillo) offers beaches, restaurants, shops and a wide range of leisure activities.
The house offers WIFI, spacious outdoor areas and a private pool, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy Fuerteventura’s wonderful climate in peaceful surroundings.
We are also committed to a more sustainable approach to tourism. The property is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels to help reduce energy consumption, as well as solar thermal panels that help heat the swimming pool in an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly way.
Important information
For security purposes, there is an outdoor surveillance camera located on the rooftop and directed exclusively towards the entrance to the property and the parking area. It does not record or monitor the inside of the house, the swimming pool or any private areas used by guests.
To ensure good water quality and hygiene, the swimming pool is maintained regularly, usually once a week. We make every effort to carry out this maintenance discreetly and with minimal disturbance to our guests. If you prefer not to have pool maintenance carried out during your stay, please let us know in advance. Please note, however, that this may affect our ability to keep the pool water in optimal condition.

Peaceful, quiet place with a very nice garden and pool. We enjoyed it a lot and we can absolutely recommend the location. The house had all the amenities we needed. Communication and check in was super easy. Thank you for having us there! We will come back!

Great stay! We enjoyed the isolated location but still not too far from restaurants, supermarkets and very central if you like to go on a hike around the island.

I carnt recommend this villa enough stunning!!!its an oasis we have been to fuerteventura for 30years stayed all over the island in villas best.Sunsets really quiet it is q rural location

Rustig gelegen vakantiewoning. Niet duur.
Wel waren er wat mankementen aan de woning. Zo werkten sommige lamellen niet meer van de ramen, bladderde het pleisterwerk aan de buitenkant, kapotte kleding/handoekhaak in de badkamer. Daarnaast was er erg weinig bestek en mokken, geen afwaskwast maar een vies sponsje. Het slot van de voordeur is defect waardoor deze niet op slot kan. In de tuin staan tuinstoelen waar je niet meer op kunt zitten omdat ze half vergaan zijn. Wel zijn er 2 goede ligbedden, maar omdat het een huisje voor 4 personen is, is dat wat weinig. Er lijkt een zembad in aanbouw te zijn, (zo te lezen in het gastenboek in het huisje al 10 jaar lang) Daardoor lijkt de tuin deels op een bouwterrein.
We hebben de eigenaar niet gezien en ook was er geen persoonlijk welkomstbriefje in het huisje. Dat deed onpersoonlijk aan.
Wasmachine aanwezig, wat erg fijn is. Goede bedden, leuke zithoek. Internet tegen betaling. Mooie badkamer met dubbele douche met goede straal. Moderne, gezellige zithoek.
