About this apartment rental
For rent house of 100m2 in gated community in Olhos De Agua. Two communal pools. Large green space. 20 minutes walk from the beach (5 minutes by car)
Quiet house located between Albufeira (the lively city in the evening), Villamoura (its magnificent golf courses and its air of St Tropez) and the Algarve Shopping (its shops, the hypermarket and its restaurant area). You are in the center of the Algarve, which facilitates visits to the South of Portugal
Triplex house, for 4 people with possibility of 2 additional people maximum, fully air-conditioned:
In the basement closed garage with direct access to the ground floor:
* very bright living room with satellite TV, convertible corner sofa (140 * 190), dining room
* wifi equipment (requires purchase of a prepaid internet card)
* a toilet with sink
* fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker….
An outdoor terrace adjoining the kitchen with garden furniture and BBQ and a green area open to the condominium
Upstairs :
* a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 * 200 a large closet
* a bathroom with bathtub WC and bidet
* a master suite with large closet, large double bed of 160 * 200, adjoining a shower room with WC and a very large terrace
All appliances and furniture are new
Unobstructed view of an orange grove, very sunny swimming pool as well as the small pool for children, shower and lounge chairs
* Non-smoking, No pets, Respect of the condominium and swimming pool rules.
No party or evening.

Pub bar and Restaurant: 1,200 Meters in Olhos de Água
Golf: You will find several high-quality golf courses nearby: Pine Cliffs Golf (2 km), the Villamoura golf courses (6 km: the Pinhal golf course, the Millenium golf course, the Laguna golf course and the Victoria golf course are less than 10 min by car). All Vale de Lobo golf courses are less than 30 minutes away. Salgados-25 min and Morgado-40 min.

Très calme et très agréable et surtout très confortable. Le garage privatif est très appréciable.
L accès aux différentes plages et à Albufeira rapide .
Nous avons été emballés a la fois là le logement et ses environs
