About this villa rental
The Carlos villa in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A villa with panoramic views of Calpe, the Peñón de Ifach and the sea in a quiet residential area ideal for families.
Distribution of the villa:
With 140 m² of living space, the villa has two floors connected internally by a spiral staircase as can be seen in the photos. On the upper floor is the living-dining room, with plenty of natural light and beautiful open views, and access to the terrace, an American kitchen with a bar and fully equipped and a courtesy toilet. A bedroom with two single beds together with a bathroom with a bathtub en suite and air conditioning.
Going down the spiral staircase in the living room, we find a bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning. A third bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Exterior of the villa:
The entrance to the plot has a ramp with space for several cars and is fenced. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace with an outdoor table for eating or dining outside and next to it there is a brick barbecue. From the terrace to the pool, there is a small flight of three steps. The pool is in front and has brick stairs to access its interior, a brick shower, a sunbed area to sunbathe and beautiful open views of Calpe and the sea.
It is located 2 km from Calpe train station, 3 km from Calpe city centre, 4 km from Arenal-Bol sandy beach, 4 km from Puerto Blanco beach, 77 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanisation.

La piscina, las vistas, la tranquilidad
El tren que pasa cerca molesta, la rampa de entrada rasca los bajos del vehículo.

Villa muy acogedora, ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y en medio de una pinada.
Contaba con todo lo necesario en utensilios de cocina, menaje y limpieza. Lavadora y secadora de ropa.
La nevera no enfría bien.

Het huis heeft een schitterend uitzicht en ligt rustig met een fijn zwembad.
Zoals al eerder aan u doorgegeven ligt de tuin er verwaarloosd bij, niet zoals op de foto’s op de site. Tevens de antislipstrips op de trappen naar het zwembad opnieuw aanbrengen over de gehele lengte.
Het bed in de slaapkamer op niveau keuken kraakt.
De woning is moeilijk te bereiken voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Udsigten kan der ikke klages over, den er fantastisk. Det samme kan siges om Calpe by. Det tager ca.. 40 min at gå ned til byen, men det er nødvendigt med bil til indkøb mm.
Huset kunne være fint hvis det blev vedligeholdt, det virker umiddelbart nedslidt både inde og ude. Ovnen/ komfuret er feks. så gammelt at alle markeringer på knapperne er slidt af. Værelserne er ok. Men der er en skarp lugt af fugt i kælderen hvor de 2 af værelserne er placeret.
Udendørs møblerne er et gammelt plastbord til 4 Pers. Samt 6 forskellige plaststole i dårlig stand. Poolen er meget lille, men dejlig og blev tjekket af personale hver uge.
Der var desværre ingen parasoller og kun 4 ligge stole.
Generelt er indtrykket af huset og haven/ udendørsområde at det er temmelig rodet og ikke bliver passet. Det trækker desværre ned på hele oplevelsen.
Leje prisen for dette hus virker uforholdsmæssig høj i forhold til den “kvalitet” du får.
