Le calme du quartier. La résidence est très propre que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Beau jardin avec très peu de vis-à-vis. Très bon accueil de Victor. Il nous a accueilli directement à notre arrivée et est toujours disponible en cas de question.
