About this apartment rental
Large studio of about 50 square meters, for 2 people composed of a large open space with double bed with kitchenette and dining area and relaxation area with a large sofa; the apartment has a large bathroom with double sink and is completed by a large shower and a bathtub. The apartment is on the first floor and has the private use of a large balcony on the floor (furnished with a table, two chairs, two comfortable deckchairs for relaxing and sunbathing and a sofa with two comfortable wicker armchairs). It is also possible to use, at any time of the day, in sharing only with the owners, the large wonderful terrace on the second floor with an enchanting view of the bay of Giardini-Naxos and Mount Etna. The apartment is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. The distance from Corso Umberto (main street of Taormina) is only 5 minutes on foot through the direct municipal stairs that start just outside the apartment. Very important to consider that a private parking space inside the property guarded by an automatic gate is included in the price.

This property is located a bit higher than the town, so the view is magnificent. You are facing the sea and mount Etna, and Taormina below. It doesn’t take long to get back and forth to the Main Street of taormina but one should be warned that the steps are many, and steep. Still, one can use a taxi to head back. The owner is very nice and personable and communicates very well whenever you need him. There is a large terrace that we had access to, and our own private terrace as well. Everything in the apartment works ok but may need a bit of a facelift. It is obvious that the owner loves his home and takes very good care of it. We had four beautiful days there. We are very satisfied.

We had a lovely holiday in a beautiful location. Franceso, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Taormina, although touristy, is a beautiful, friendly town with lots of history and a very attractive main street. The beach at Isola Bella was clean and safe with a number of restaurants serving local food. Prices are a littel expensive but can't complain, given the location, cleanliness and attraction of the area.

A wonderful place, with extremely welcoming hosts, with welcome suggestions. The property has an excellent location, with an unparalleled view. Everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to feel the taste of Sicily.

Que du Bonheur ! L'appartement est décoré avec goût et raffinement. La vue de la terrasse est magique: la baie de Taormina et l'Etna...Nous n'avions même pas envie de sortir le soir pour profiter pleinement de ce spectacle naturel ! Francesco est adorable et prévenant, soucieux de notre bien être. Nous le remercions très sincèrement...Une excellente adresse que nous gardons fort précieusement !!
