Villa Amethyst is a luxury villa comfortable with a large private pool 9x4m salt, without vis-à-vis, in a quiet and recent quarter, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Robert.
It has two bedrooms, a marble bathroom with WC, Italian shower and washbasin, a living area and a large well equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a laundry room and a garage space for two vehicles. It has a beautiful terrace with outdoor seating and a large hut suitable for barbecue with table, chairs and loungers.
Ideally located between sea and countryside, it is close to beaches and historical sights: Candy Galion, peninsula of the Caravelle, islets of Robert, the Coco beach cove Raisiniers beach, beach Cosmy ...
Possibility to visit the islets kayaking, hiking, boat trips ...
Large shopping center nearby (Géant Casino, Intersport, fitness park) available 10 minutes walk.

Très bien reçu à l'arrivée par Nadine tout sourire,une maison impeccable ,les chambres climatisées, la cuisine où il y a tout ce qu'il faut, deux terrasses a l'extérieur donnant sur la piscine, que du bonheur, on s'y sent extrêmement bien, il y a toujours un petit vent qui fait du bien, et on a toujours de petits messages de Nadine , savoir si tout va bien, si rien ne manque, Madame vous êtes géniale, ne changez pas , votre gentillesse et votre générosité sont toutes à votre honneur.

Maison tout confort, très bien équipée et piscine avec vue sur les champs, très appréciable. Un très grand merci à Nadine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
