I liked this place and will stay there again if I return to Crete. It wasn’t fancy, but it was very clean and had everything I needed. The sea view was excellent. Some places really stretch to claim they have a sea view, but this one was legitimate: clear and wide and a giant window (actually, two glass balcony doors) to see it through. I could lie in my bed and look at the sea. Also: outlets next to the bed; sufficient room on the bedside tables for my CPAP, bottles of water, iPad and phone. The washroom was clean and had a big shower. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures, so that was a nice surprise. Lots of lounge chairs next to the pool. It was right next door to a charming restaurant where I ate several times and a short walk to many more restaurants. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.
The road to the hotel is narrow with two-way traffic and no sidewalks. Not a main road, but more traffic than a typical residential road. I didn’t mind during the day, but after dark I was glad that I’d brought reflective strips and a small light.
The rest are small, picky problems barely worth mentioning. The shower head was handheld only—no place to attach it above your head. I couldn’t find any hooks or racks in the unit to hang up towels and bathing suits etc. However, there was a big drying rack on the balcony and balcony chairs so this wasn’t a big deal. They weren’t quick about answering emails (e.g., asking them to reset the room safe that the previous person had left locked). But they do have a person on-site at the front desk until about 1pm. No pool towels provided, but you can buy cotton towels very cheaply many places nearby.

We had a spacious room with a wonderful sea view and double balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable; the cleaning was regular; sheets and towels were changed every 3-4 days. Nobody disturbed us. It was enough space for clothes in the wardrobe and for toiletries & cosmetics in the bathroom.
There was all the necessary stuff in the room - A/C, kettle, coffeemaker, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses, etc.
There was a welcome pack of two small bottles of still water, some teabags and a set of toiletries.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The sea is not so close as it seems, but there is a choice of different beaches with a variety of bars.
There was some problem with a drain in the shower cabin, but it was solved quickly after we asked for its cleaning.
The majority of towels were a bit old and not so white, but always clean and soft. Our last change of towels was for absolutely new and snow-white ones; it was a real pleasure.

Absolutely fantastic location, amazing sea view and you can hear the sea waves which is what I love, the room is very spacious and the balcony is huge, the bathroom very spacious as well, really great accommodation, friendly staff, the room is cleaned every day as well,the Agia Marina beach is actually very nice, long stretch with good restaurants and clubs, fabulous clear and shallow water,
We loved our stay at Mithos Premium Rooms.
The address is not exactly accurate as there is another hotel named Mithos on the main street with a restaurant underneath it and this is not the place, the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong address as a result and although the correct place Mithos Premium Rooms is not far, we arrived late at night because our flight was delayed, we panicked as there was no one insight and we thought we were scammed, we tried to contact the property but no one was answering, so Mithos Rooms please update your address and state clearly that's is on the Ampelas Street and you need to be responsive at any time because emergencies happen flights get delayed and it is not good that you don't answer calls, it is important that people can get in touch with the accommodation in cases like this, this is not a criticism but honest feedback.
We finally found the correct place using Google maps but that's not the point as explained above.
