Infra estrutura muito boa com pontos positivos pelo fato de poder utilizar a estrutura do hotel no mesmo complexo
Roupas de cama e banho já estão bastante desgastadas, assim como alguns eletrodomésticos (micro-ondas só funcionou na função grill)

A estrutura do residencial excelente.
O flat do Sr Frederico tem tudo para oferecer uma excelente estadia, mas infelizmente todos os componentes dos banheiros estavam em estado de mal uso e muito sujo. O flat precisa de uma limpeza a fundo!
