    Excellent Appartments ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
    Excellent apartment very well equipped everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and well maintained loved all white furniture. Two good pools and bonus was the pool bar did not expect it to be open in October. Highly recommend this complex gate takes you straight to boardwalk going left or right you come across lovely beach bars and restaurants.

    A work in progress needing a bit more work
    This apartment was a work in progress; the essentials for a good experience were all in place but there were deficiencies which should have been fixed prior to taking bookings. The balcony was large and well furnished with both dining and seating capacity for 4 people. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave (all new) and an adjacent utility terrace had a washing machine and a tumble drier. A kettle, toaster and two coffee makers (filter and espresso) were also new. They all came with "user" manuals, but these were mainly about installation rather than use. A "little black book" summarising the usage instructions would be a good idea. There were good sized wardrobes in the bedrooms, each with a chest of drawers inside it that took up some space but left enough for hanging items. Heater/air conditioner units were fitted in the lounge and each bedroom with their external heat exchanger mounted on the utility terrace where it was not intrusively noisy. These worked well once their remote controls had been reduced to simple on/off switches (trial and error eventually triumphed). The grounds were well kept and spring maintenance was in progress. The grounds would be very pleasant places in good weather. Access to the boardwalk was via two gates, activated by a "gizmo" on each of the two keyrings that came with the apartment (unfortunately, the convenient one was out of action during our stay). The "gizmo" also operated the access gates of the main entrance from which the local authority rubbish bins were accessible just around the corner. We saw little of the staff in the complex, but those we met were pleasant and helpful. There was an excellent restaurant at the edge of the complex and a good supermarket with some cafes, bars and other eateries immediately across the road from the complex. This was th A7 and very busy.
    The lounge felt a little cramped in part with its fold-out bed, a table and seating for four as well as a "couch" (for 2 rather than 3) and one armchair. The couch appeared to be built from the cushions from a pull-out bed and offered minimal neck and head support unless two bolsters (long pillows) from the beds were jammed between some of the cushions and the wall. A fold-out bed to which the TV was mounted took up quite a lot of room. Quite why it was there was not clear as the apartment had 4 beds in 2 bedrooms (one set up as a double). The lounge window had thick curtains (enough for privacy) but no muslins while the main bedroom (also opening onto the balcony which was overlooked by about half the apartments in the block farthest from the coastal boardwalk) had only a flimsy muslin-type material. To give privacy to this room, it was necessary to drop the external security blind at night. There was insufficient space in the bedrooms for anywhere to place clothes "ready for morning". In fact lack of horizontal surfaces for storage was a feature of the lounge as well. There were gaps between the window frame and the wall in both lounge and main bedroom - a narrow strip of daylight could be seen for most of the height on the right hand side of the lounge window where there was evidence that an attempt had been made previously to cover the gap. In the bedroom, the gap was up to 1 cm wide. We discovered this issue when a fresh westerly wind resulted in the bedroom muslin being blown nearly horizontal! The two doors to the balcony opened into the rooms and neither would stay closed when its internal handle was set to open. There were no "external" handles on the doors and consequently no way to close either of these doors from the balcony that did not risk being locked out on the balcony and unable to get back into the room.

    We had a fabulous time, enjoying the pools, the unspoilt beach and the food at the beach bars
    Wonderful location and all the facilities required for a family holiday. Antonio and Ana were very helpful and were extremely quick to respond to any queries.
    The fridge was intermittently very noisy which was apparently a known fault. There was work going on in the apartment above which was quite disturbing.

    all else was fine, great view from balcony but it was not acceptable not have warm water for shower
    View, view, view. Nice clean apartment, lot of space for 2 persons, great spacy balcony with very nice view right on the beach. Very quiet probably due to Covid, not many people in the building. Apartment was very clean and we got car right outside the door.
    we had daily problems with warm water, had to call 5 times to owner and maintenance during the week to get hot water. Would have appreciated apologies or some refund. It was also slightly disappointing was that the surroundings did not have much service or restaurants (only few pizzerias), but luckily it was easy to take car to next village.

    The apartment was fabulous. It is a front line property with uninterrupted views of the sea. It is right on the wonderful boardwalk which goes on for km's and gives access to the many beaches and restaurants along with way.
    The was nothing not to like about this property.
