About this cabin rental
We are the only hotel accommodations with 4+ acres of riverfront on the Platte River. You get 7 cabins all together for your group to stay together and make memories!
We have 7 cabins available with a total of 13 beds. It’s a great location for a family gathering, wedding, group outing, or just hangingout with friends.
The rental is for all cabins together only. We do not rent individual cabins with this vacation rental advertisement.
Cabins come with free WiFi, cable TV, and firewood.
Cabins were built in the 1920s. They have been updated to today’s standards. Everyone will have all the hot water and water pressure they need. Each unit has a modernized bathroom.
The property is barrier sprayed for flies and mosquitos so you're not carried away when you are enjoying the grounds.
Most of our vacationers are return customers year after year. We have had to do very little advertising due to word of mouth.
The Platte River is know for its lazy lower river. It’s the best tubing destination around. Crystal clear water and tons of fun!
Each cabin includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Please bring any linens you will need. Towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows.
Please bring any cooking and eating utensils you may need.
We like to make sure your group vacation is a great one. We will help guide you to the best food, entertainment, sunsets, ice cream, etc.
No cleaning fee included.
We ask that you clean up after yourselves. Dumpsters for trash are provided. Brooms and dustpans are in each cabin along with extra trash bags.
Cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed for cleaning if necessary.
Please contact us for availability. We are a small resort and fill up fast. Be sure to get your reservation for the entire resort early in the season.

Great location if you want to tube/kayak/canoe the Platte river. The grounds and cabins were clean and very well maintained. Very Cute! All the bathrooms had hot water, great water pressure and well kept. Just a few minor problems: Cabin 1 & 5 air conditioning didn't get very cool (it was very hot and humid) Cabin 2 lights did not work in the main room and cabin 6 the coffee maker did not work and there is a small stove but couldn't use the oven the door falls off when you open it. These problems may have not been reported previously, so therefore not fixed. Also we were told to have our garbage in the bins for pickup before 9 am and the garbage truck was there at 7 am!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our family get together was great at this location! The cabins were clean and we loved the large area of land. We had fun playing volley ball and we brought our own yard games as well.

Great place to stay with a group of friends with plenty of golf options in the area. Great communication from the host that made for an easy stay.
