Gîte "le petit role" ***

House is very nice with plenty character. Great location for bouldering (very close to tois pignion), Intermarché is 2 min away.Spacious well kept property

We enjoyed the house, it is spacious, no traffic noises, close to beautiful boulder areas and forest walks. We were with 4 adults and 2 children. Gregory is very helpful in clearing issues and providing help.

We had a wonderful stay in Oncy-sur-École and enjoyed staying at Greg's. We found the house to be spacious, well-equipped and clean, and it offered us the perfect base for exploring the nearby bouldering areas. Thanks for everything!

We had a great week in this House. It was very Clean, the area was pretty silent and beautifull to relax after getting some experience at bouldering on the Rocks nearby. Greg was a very frendly Host who speaks really good english.

As a group of 8 university students we stayed at the cottage for 8 nights. The cottage has everything you could need to make the visit all the more enjoyable and relaxing. From bed linen to kitchen utensils, we never once felt like we were missing something. The beds have a sponge mattress which isn't always to everyone's liking although following a long day of climbing, being able to just sink into that pillow is all the more comforting. The rooms are spacious with large windows to keep the rooms cool at night, multiple plugs around each room so no one needed to fight to charge their phones... Everyone wanted to message their parents I think!! The upstairs bathroom was good, loads of space with a washing machine in the corner which got used once or twice. The upstairs is more suited to be used as a bath as the shower head isn't attached to the wall and you would need to hold onto it. Downstairs there is a separate shower room and toilet. My only feedback for the downstairs would be to install a lock on the downstairs toilet, not the end of the world although sometimes saw more than I wanted to. Greg was a great host to us all, offering local information on areas to visit and walks to complete on those unwanted rainy days. Checking up on our group every few days making sure everything was going well, very polite and friendly with great English skills... I only wished I could return the favour by speaking some French. We didn't car the cars on the property and instead down the road a little, its a very quiet area with very few cars passing by so the vehicles are safe to be parked by the road. This allowed for more space in the court yard area to relax and catch those few extra rays on sun before night came. I would recommend the property to all my climbing friends, with only a minute drive to the nearest supermarket and the local crags only being 5-10 minutes further down the road. Like the title suggests, it truly is the perfect location for a climbers get away. Thank you Greg for your part in making our trip very memorable.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a great stay. Comfy beds and good hot showers. Greg was a great host and very accommodating. The house is in a great location for climbing and forest activities. Very recommended.
