Located in the middle of the Cotention peninsula, this character cottage for 4 people is located in a 17th century farmhouse. He understands :
- on the ground floor 1 living room, 1 fitted kitchen / dining room,
- upstairs 1 large master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds,

The whole has been tastefully renovated and in the spirit of old houses from the 17th century (Published in decoration book)
