No air conditioning and we struggled to get cool

We liked the location of the place, not very far from the beach even though it wasn't the main reason why we chose the Nabixx Residence. Everything was absolutely great and the caretakers both were really nice, especially Boye. The owner, Adam, was very easy to reach via WA, and he responded to messages very quickly. I do appreciate everything he did for us very much and if I am going back to that area I will most surely try to get accommodation at the Nabixx Residence again. I recommend this place highly

Owner responded every time there was an issue. He was nice and friendly but unaware of how his property was being maintained while he was living in the UK. The house itself was pretty but small

24 hour Security never did their job. It was more like 10 hour Security. The property was left unsecured many times during our stay. My husband had to jump the gate to let ourselves in many times when security was supposed to do that because they were not present. There were kids that kept coming onto the property using the water reservoir in the back. The water pressure in the shower and sink was bad. I had to bath in a bucket full of water many times throughout my stay. There were also huge water bugs/roaches and other insects that stayed in the house. We also had a problem with the owners brother coming into the house several times while we were gone. Not secure or very private at all.
