The Farmhouse is a spacious detached character property on an organic farm three miles from Aberaeron. The property has five bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one with an en-suite, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. There is a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom, along with a kitchen, sitting room with woodburner and large conservatory with dining area and comfy seating as well as a second woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars, a private patio with furniture and BBQ, small lawn and shared grounds including a large grassed area, play area, games barn and fishing lakes. The Farmhouse makes a wonderful base for a group to enjoy the coast and countryside of this part of Wales.

Oil-fired range cooker, electric oven and gas hob, 2 x microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky package, WiFi, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large patio with furniture and BBQ, plus small lawned area. Shared use of large lawned area with children’s play area. Shared lake fishing (catch and release). Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage accessed down lane, some of which is not tarmaced so not suitable for low suspension vehicles.

Town: Aberaeron is a small town on the coast of Mid Wales, near Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Aberaeron has an attractive harbour, and a variety of shops and tearooms. There is also a pebble beach. From Aberaeron you can enjoy cycling, walking and discovering the region's many craft centres and museums.
