Beautiful two bedroom apartment, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, located in the historic center of Portoscuso, near the beautiful beaches of the country and a short walk from the marina.

Die Wohnung ist gut und schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es sind 2 Balkone vorhanden, die aber leider nicht zum draussen Essen geeignet sind. Im Inserat kommt dies nicht deutlich genug rüber. Auf Grund der sehr zentralen Lage an der Haupteinfahrtsstraße, ist an der Wohnung ein großer Verkehr, u.a. mit Bussen, und dies auch Nachts. Bei geöffneten Fenstern muss man sich an den Lärmpegel erst einmal gewöhnen. Die genaue Lage und Adresse des Objekts war im Inserat nicht beschrieben und die Lokalisierung der Markierung auf der Landkarte war nicht korrekt. Auch deshalb nur 2 Punkte. Leider war zu unserem Zeitpunkt im Hinterhof eine private Baustelle mit zeitweisem Baulärm. Hinweis zum Parkplatz. Dieser ist nur auf der öffentlichen Straße kostenlos möglich. Diese sind allerdings sehr begehrt und nicht immer direkt vor der Wohnung verfügbar.
2 x gab es Probleme mit der Sicherung. Die Betreuung und der Versuch der Fehlerbehebung war sehr gut.
Portoscuso selber ist, wenn man von den Industrie(-brachen ) am Ostrand absieht, ein beschauliches, nettes Örtchen mit einem sehr schönen Strand.

Veramente i nostri complimenti per come abbiamo trovato l'appartamento, dalla pulizia alla dotazione, c'era veramente tutto, dai detersivi al phon e gli accessori da cucina.
Unica pecca, motivo della quinta stella, il rumore causato dalla strada, logicamente non dipendente della proprietà, ma abbastanza fastidioso...
Ribadisco comunque i complimenti.
