About this villa rental
Independent villa, just renovated, located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by the peaceful outskirts of Milazzo where you can enjoy your moments of relaxation through the comfortable air-conditioned attic of the bedroom, the living room, functional 5 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stove, oven, microwave and direct access to the relaxing atmosphere of the garden where you can also have a barbecue under the stars at the end of a warm and sunny day at the beach.

Ideal starting point to spend your days at the beach (the beach of Ponente, with its rounded pebbles, offers kilometers of beach, some equipped beaches, a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands, and is just 2.5 Km).
Besides the beach holidays, you can take advantage of your stay in the city to visit the military architecture (the castle of Milazzo, national and European Union fine, largest fortified town of Europe, it covers an area of over 7 hectares ) civil (regional Antiquarian) and religious in the city center and old Town (5 Km away) of great cultural interest.
Just for the landscape and monumental relief of the old town, the municipality of Milazzo was included among the "most beautiful villages in Italy" (June 2016).
The promontory of Capo Milazzo (10 Km) is ideal for relaxing walks in contact with nature and the shade of olive trees admiring the view of the Gulf of Patti and the sun set behind the Aeolian Islands; or for a refreshing bath in the "pools of Venus."
The istituenda Marine Protected Area by the Ministry of Environment, highlights the underwater ecosystem of Cape Milazzo as the biological importance and ecology of the cape has its natural continuation in fascinating scenarios found beneath the surface of the sea.

Io con la mia famiglia tre bambine abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni e devo dire che la casa è perfetta per le famiglie.Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e discreto, la casa ha tutto il necessario , pulita, accogliente e con un piccolo ma utile giardino , per chi a bimbi è uno sfogo non da poco, posto auto coperto. E' in un'ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro e comoda a tutto , mare ,centro e centri commerciali. Tutto perfetto.

Maison confortable située à 2km de la mer, très bonne literie, clim ds les 2 chambres à l'étage. Le propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est discret et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très belle maison avec stationnement privé. Très bien équipée et le proprio est super gentil. Bon point de départ pour aller dans les Îles Éoliennes et pour visiter la belle ville de Milazzo. Par contre il vous faut une voiture.

L'accueil du propriétaire était parfait, il est au petit soin et avec quelques mots d'anglais et d'italien nous avons bien communiqué. L'intérieur de la maison est moderne, spacieux, impeccable. Des moustiquaires à toutes les ouvertures permettent d'aérer le bas et ne jamais avoir trop chaud et les clims dans les chambres permettent de dormir comme des bébés, l'endroit étant très calme. On recommande cette location. Suggestion d'amélioration : le seuil du portail, qui nécessite de rentrer en marche arrière, on finit par s'y faire mais un petit remblais aiderait bien....merci beaucoup Salvatore !
