About this apartment rental
7 Springcourt is a lovely one bedroom ground floor apartment set in a quiet neighbourhood but only a 5 minute drive from Accra beach. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple and has been recently redecorated, benefitting from a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and Bosch appliances (electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and fridge/ freezer) The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, a large bespoke fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and black-out blinds / curtains. The comfortable air-conditioned living room overlooks the pool and has a large comfortable sofa and chair, coffee table, TV (cable TV), DVD and CD player and ceiling fan. The dining area seats four and there are patio chairs with table and sunbeds for relaxing and dining outside. Fast broadband is available throughout the apartment. The property features a communal pool and well kept tropical gardens. The delightful setting is at the end of Rockley New Road, a highly regarded peaceful residential cul-de-sac nestled behind Rockley golf course.

When we travel to Barbados we stayed at property and we love the location and the set of the apartment and the access to the pool and the nice part is you can park right in front of the apartment. Convenient when load and unloading car.

My husband and I just returned from a month vacation in Barbados. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at 7 Springcourt especially our morning coffee on the patio. The apartment is very well equipped and the pool area was nice as well. We met some fellow Canadians there! I would definitely rent a car as it's a 25 minute walk to the beach with no sidewalks/paths, narrow roads and heavy traffic. John was very accommodating and Dawn was always making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Barbados.

Fantastic ground floor unit close to pool. The unit was well equipped for everything. convenient parking. Comfortable bed.

This unit is located in a quiet compound. A car is definitely required as it is a long walk to the beach and the grocery store as well as restaurants. Directly in front of the unit is a parking spot which is used by the upstairs owner and destroys the view and the ambience. The apartment is clean, however, it is tired and many items should be replaced, namely, the mattress and pillows as well as the pots and pans. When we arrived, we noticed that the mattress cover was stained badly, however, it was replaced very quickly. If one plans to stay in the unit for an extended period of time, you will need to purchase cleaning supplies and paper towels as none were provided. The unit is overpriced as compared to other units in the complex and athough it is nice, it is certainly not a luxury apartment.
Dawn, the property manager is great and was a visible presence!
