Super!! Definitely coming back again in the future

Everything! Especially the location! Tranquil and surrounded by nature.... we were big group of friends do we had to book 2 different houses but the possibilities to eat with friends/family in the garden and have a BBQ were super! The staffs have been always avaliable to accommodate our needs

The location is absolutely fantastic - the accommodations are spread across several tall, traditional houses, enclosed in grounds that the guests can utilise. The views all round are of the Alps - wonderful!

Jean Francois and his wife, the owners, were super friendly and helpful all along our visit. (even in late hours of the day). They even offered us a ride to a couple of near by locations. Location is very close to main road and bus stop with bus to Courmayeur . A walking distance to a couple of the Thermal spas around. Great yard to hang out at. highly recommended place to stay at for the one night and even better for a longer vacation...

Not what we expected

Good location when entering Italy, amazing view, clean and fully equipped apartment, private secure parking.

Dogs are allowed but cannot be left off lead in the yard / garden because of the owner’s other animals roaming around. Not sure we would have chosen this place if we would have known because we really needed our dog to be left free to run and exercise after a long road trip from London. Beds are old and hard, very uncomfortable. We ended up staying in the small room downstairs with twin beds because we couldn’t carry all our stuff and our 5 mo’s up and down. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of us arriving with a baby.

Very authentic special place. The hotel was constructed from old houses. We rent the studio room. Quite small but enough comfortable. Very good bed and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. There are a many cute "private" areas on the front garden with Monblan view (!) Has the privet parking.

Comfortable home with stunning views

Very comfortable home with stunning views of the Mont Blanc. We stayed there mid week in low season so the house was cold when we arrived, however we had electric heaters.

Disappointing

The location of the property was excellent, lovely views and there was a little bar open close by to sit and enjoy the views. After booking, the communication was excellent and the welcome was fantastic, very friendly host.

The property is very tired. The furniture and fittings are very old and tired which does not make it feel clean. We have stayed in other properties that may be considered old fashioned but they have always been spotlessly clean. The property did not feel clean or well equipped. However the bed was very comfortable.

Buona la posizione, scomodo e complessivamente al di sotto delle aspettative l’appartamento.

Complesso residenziale grazioso. Posizionato in una piccola frazione di Pres Saint Didier , in una posizione comoda per spostarsi tra Courmayeur e i paesi sottostanti. Molto utile la presenza di una stufa a pellet nel soggiorno.

Non era specificato che di tutto il complesso ci sarebbe toccata una mansarda al quarto piano senza ascensore, abbastanza lontano da raggiungerlo a piedi, ma molto vicino a tutti i rumori di antenne e ferraglie sul tetto, che in giornate ventose come quelle che hanno contraddistinto il nostro weekend, ci hanno rallegrato le notti. Appartamento piuttosto piccolo per quattro persone dotato solo di finestrotti alti che non permettevano la vista del gradevole paesaggio di quel luogo. La scomodità del tetto spiovente era particolarmente gravosa nel bagno, dove oltre all’altezza c’era il problema della doccia provvista di sola tenda corta che non impediva la fuoriuscita dell’acqua sul pavimento.

Posizione ottimale per le stazioni sciistiche di La Thuile e Courmayeur. La struttura è molto ampia, pulita e ben accogliente. Il propietario sempre disponibile e attento alle richieste del Cliente.

Sarebbe opportuno far trovare doccia schiuma e shampoo e almeno n1 adattore / presa per piccoli dispositivi (phon).

Host super disponibile, parcheggio privato, a 5 minuti di macchina da Prè Saint-didier, posizione ottima davvero. Si gode di un panorama pazzesco, l'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, fornito di tutto e con dei balconcini abbastanza spaziosi.

Se devo trovare una pecca, la mancanza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, ma per il resto era ottimo

Struttura top ma non curata e non valorizzata

Bellissima struttura con grande potenziale

Appartamento non ben pulito e poco curato in ogni dettaglio. Cucina sporca e vecchia,un dito di polvere sopra ogni mobile, frigorifero compreso. Incuranza dei dettagli e dell'ordine anche in quello che sarebbe dovuto essere il nostro giardino privato. Una scala e una canna abbandonati, tavolo da esterno inutilizzabili.

Notevole il giardino con vista sulle alpi.

Il mio non si è trattato di un soggiorno quanto di un pernottamento, per cui la recensione non può essere approfondita. La struttura non è vicinissima al paese, ma il cortile attrezzato è molto bello. Per chi interessa il tv è dotato anche di piattaforme di streaming.

L'arredamento è semplice ed essenziale, che non è una critica, ma una constatazione. Se si utilizza il divano come letto, non rimane più spazio in salotto. A mio parere un po' caro, ma tutta la Valle d'Aosta è cara.
