The location was perfect, was unsure how to access the keycode and this was not made clear and originally a host was going to meet us but then when I rang him he stated that his shift had finished and to contact the company, this did not help when we had x4 small children and 10 adults waiting in the darkness, late at night. If it had been stipulated that we just needed to access the keycode then this would have been more helpful on arrival. Company were very helpful and gained access eventually

Arrival, as noted above. Small needs where that we did not gain access to cot and highchair that had been booked, until 3 days after arrival when a lovely lady visited to assist us. Also to maintain cleanliness on our stay it would have been helpful to have dustpan and brush on sweeping floors to pick up debris and a mop and bucket to wash floors

Die Lage und der Aussenbereich der Villa ist wunderbar und top. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die zentrale Lage der Villa auf der Insel ist perfekt. Man ist schnell überall auf der Insel. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind super und haben vor allem auch den Kindern gefallen. Dass das Meer gleich vor der Türe ist ist einfach herrlich. Auch die Aussicht am Abend ist traumhaft.

Leider hätte die Villa ein wenig besser geputzt sein können. Wir hatten noch dreckige Pfannen in der Spüle beim Empfang in der Villa. Auch in den Betten haben wir vereinzelt Haare der Vorgänger gefunden. Auch haben nicht alle technische Geräte einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Hat aber ausgereicht. Die Aussenduschen haben leider nicht funktioniert. Auch hat der Aussenkühlschrank nach dem Regenfall nicht mehr funktioniert und es wurde auch nicht behoben, als wir es gemeldet haben. Bei zwei Duschen im Haus hat der Abfluss nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, was zu kleineren Überschwemmungen geführt hat.

The pool and jacuzzi were great. We liked the sea view. Close walking distance to water sports. We had a good time but the quality of the property does not live up to its photographs.

The whole property has smooth marble floors which are extremely slippery when wet. We had 6 children under 10 with us and they all went home with bruises due to slips. The property didn’t feel well looked after. No-one came to let us in even though we had notified time of arrival. We had to remind that we’d requested cot and high chair, and there wasn’t enough cutlery for our party of 12 to sit down to eat together. All was resolved quickly when we asked, but surprising given this is a villa for 15 and we were 12 people. There was only 1 lockable entrance and 1 door key for the 12 of us, which was inconvenient. The bunk bed rooms (ie children’s bedrooms) are all in the basement. There’s no bathroom in the basement so the children used the fourth ‘bathroom’ on the ground floor. This is not really a bathroom but a shower/toilet with utility sink in adjoining utility room. The sink is so high the younger children couldn’t reach it. This room had an external door which we could have used to get to the toilet from the pool had there been a key. This would have avoided dripping water through the ground floor and making it slippery. The bathroom fittings were worn and in some cases broken. A plumber attended to fix these whilst we were there but, again, this was inconvenient because he could only come whilst we were at home because there’s only one key!
