Enjoy this country setting in Colleyville, TX, located in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex. Thirty minutes to Dallas or Ft Worth. Less than 7 miles to DFW or Gaylord Texan. Arlington with the Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys is a 20 minute drive. It's a four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, built 1995, will accommodate families, or business travelers. Master has a king bed with separate entrance. 4 beds total, Please respect the neighbors, no party's. 55" smart TV. Internet access, Youtube TV. House was suburb! Absolute best location with amazing wildlife and scenery. House was set up great for a family with an incredible master suite and 3 additional large bedrooms. Kitchen and living spaces were outstanding! Really great outdoor seating areas in front and back of house! 5 stars across the board!

The house is very beautiful and fit our family perfect. Loved that there was cold bottle water in the fridge. Kids really joined the jacuzzi tub. The house was conveniently well stocked for our needs. Location was in a perfect neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around the property especially around the creek. Would most definitely recommend this place will most definitely stay at this house again. Also, owner was easily accessible whenever we had questions and replied in a timely manner.
