About this villa rental
Teos Zeytin Villa is a delightful 5 bedroom 5,5 bathroom private house with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea near Izmir city. The villa is a perfect combination of world class service and facilities, privacy, security and nature at its most tranquil with its private 1.5 acre area of olive groves.
Built on the site of an ancient Roman marble quarry, there are no immediate neighbors, so there is little to disturb you. It is an ideal choice for families and nature, culture and food enthusiasts. The villa is set on 2 levels, the ground floor comprising a large living room with dining and kitchen area with access to a 90 m2 wooden deck. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat screen TV during your leisure time. The beautiful travertine staircase leads to the first floor with 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and the sea views. The fifth bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.
Crafted with global guests in mind, the villa boasts amenities and conveniences tailored for a comfortable family or group stay, with generously sized bedrooms optimized for short-term rentals.
It is 2 kms away from the nearest village, the marina and the beach area, yet the house is quiet and peaceful surrounded with olive and citrus trees in nature. Privately gated, NOT in a compound with other group of villas.
The guests have access to the whole private house with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.
The 6000 square meter garden is fenced and gated for the private use of the guests and the owner. The guests share the garden and the swimming pool with the owner.
There is a separate, second house in the garden which sometimes the owners use.
The bathroom towels and bed linens are provided and included in the price.
The number of persons present at the property at all times (adults and children) must not exceed the maximum 10 of sleeping places indicated in our villa description.

Een fijne en heel ruime woning op een rustige plek. Echt een prima plek voor een vakantie. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar die ook goed engels spreekt.

The property was very clean. It was very comfortable since all bedrooms had their own bathrooms, big kitchen and living room. Also, a wonderful view from the deck and an amazing view from the swimming pool. The location of the property is excellent! Minutes to Sigacik and beautiful beaches. The owners were very helpful. If we were missing anything they were quick to assist. We are very thankful for such a great experience. The swimming pool on the property is exactly as advertised it is shared with the owner's pool house. For us, it was not an issue since we enjoyed that they happened to be in town when we were there. We enjoyed their company and our kids being the same age was great! We thank you again for the experience. Until next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was in a really peaceful location overlooking hills and 5 minute drive from a beautiful little marina resort of Segicuk. I was approx 1 hour from the beautiful Cesme and Alaçatı resorts, less than 1 hour from Izmir city centre and just over 1 hour from Kuşadası and Ephesus. The team supporting us were very helpful, as was the owner who kept in contact despite being in US. The only word of caution - the pool is part of the owners small residence, which we could use. I think it may have been a different holiday if the other property was occupied the whole time. That said can recommend the villa.

La maison est bien, pièce de vie très grande.
L’endroit est calme.
Des soucis avec des odeurs persistantes dans les salles de bains.
Le plus gênant a été notre surprise à l’arrivée .
Sur le site on voit de multiples photos de la piscine et il est inscrit piscine privée !!!
Désolé ce n’es Pas le cas.
J’ai constaté après coup que sur d’autre sites en anglais il est noté de façon claire et précise le point piscine.
Si cela avez été plus clair pour nous nous n’aurions
Pas pris cette location.
