About this house rental
Domaine des Chênes Truffiers is a 7.5 hectare property, in a very calm environnement which includes a house and a cottage.
Mas des Chênes is a large 5-bedroom villa, for 14 people, with a very spacious living room, dining room (for 18 people), a modern kitchen and A/C,
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed, shower, sink and A/C.
All the other rooms are on the first floor.
The second bedroom has a queensize bed, a babycot, shower, sinks and A/C.
The third bedroom has a queensize bed, shower, sink and A/C.
The fourth bedroom has a queensize bed and ventilator.
The fifth bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, 2 simple beds and A/C.
There is spacious bathroom with sinks, shower and bath also on the first floor.
Each floor has a separated toilet.
On the shady terrace, with its dining furniture,plancha and BBQ, you can enjoy ever lasting apero's and dinners.
Next to the house, there is a large lawned garden with shady corners and lots of space for a game of boules surrounded by truffle oaks. A ping pong table, trampoline and playground for the children will amuse everyone.
The cottage for 4 persons is installed in the barn, opposite the house.
The cottage "Gite du Nourriguier" is south west orientated and has a view on the Costières de Nimes and the private pool.
The cottage has two bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, terraces on the first floor and in the garden.
The swimming pool is in the garden and measures 5*10m, has a paddling pool of 30 cm for the children and a large sunbathing area. It is equipped with fences.
The domaine has electric gates and is fully fenced.
Cots and high chairs are available.
The maximum capacity is 18 People (adults, children and babies combined). The swimmingpool is open from mai until the end of september.
Domaine des Chênes Truffiers is available the whole year and makes it a marvellous place for christmas of new year holidays. Weekend rental is possible (from friday 3PM until sunday 4 PM). Pets (max 2) are welcome after verification with the owner. Departure cleaning (a flat rate of 6 hours) is included. Sheets and towels are provided for a rental as from 4 nights. For a weekend, you can rent sheets (145€ for all beds made at your arrival) and/or towels (50€, 2 towels per person). An electricity package of 58 kwh HP and 28 kwh HC per day is included in the electricity fee. Each overrun to this fee must be paid according to EDF rates and before leaving the premises.
