About this apartment rental
Charming apartment overlooking the main square of the medieval town of Conflans. Rental for medium and long stay, for tourists, cyclists, professionals ...
The apartment is composed of a large living room of 35m², a quiet bedroom (on the courtyard side), a small bathroom and separate toilet.
The living room window has a lovely view of the main square of the medieval city and its fountain.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment is furnished in a vintage style, it has lots of storage. The equipment is recent and functional: induction hob, small oven, microwave, washing machine, audio system ... No TV or dishwasher.
The numerous dishes and utensils allow you to cook comfortably.
Sheets and towels are provided in double for medium / long stays.
The apartment is very quiet (double glazing and small quiet condominium).
Heating: electric with recent and programmable installation.
The water heater is also electric, it is limited for an occupancy of 3 people maximum.
Broadband internet connection, landline telephone (within the limit of the package offered) are available.
The cellar on the ground floor is available to cyclists, on request against a deposit.
This apartment is not a standard rental accommodation. He is alive: there are our books and magazines on the shelves, personal decoration, photos on the wall, sentimental objects. The neighbors are kind (they are warned of each arrival) and the neighborhood is on a human scale.
The neighborhood is a real asset for this accommodation: it is one of the tourist attractions of Albertville and the apartment is in the heart of this charming medieval city.
The district is entirely pedestrian (access limited to residents by terminals). It is animated in summer by many varied events (craft market, concerts, medieval festivals) and the accommodation offers a special place for entertainment.
The room on the courtyard side allows you to always be calm whatever happens on the square.
The other seasons are quieter on the entertainment side, but the restaurants and pub in the neighborhood are open all year round.
From the apartment, travelers can walk to the city center in a few minutes. The SNCF train station is just a 20-minute walk away.
For walkers, Conflans is a starting point for many hiking trails.
The district has a real tourist attraction in itself.
Cyclists will also have access to the most famous passes in the Alps: madeleine pass, cyclos pass, Roselend cormet, Galibier ... The cellar is equipped with a workshop base for bikes.

Appartement dans la vieille pierre . Aménagement de l appartement un peu vintage chambre au calme appartement spacieux. Agréable séjour et propriétaire très sympathique

....et bien situé , sur la place de la cité médiévale de Conflans . La chambre ne donne pas sur la place et reste donc très calme même s'il y a de l'animation .
Nous sommes venus pour le Grand Bivouac à Albertville et la ville est accessible à pied très facilement , ainsi que tous les lieux du festival ( 10 à 15 mn ) .
Nous n'avons pas rencontré Julie mais notre accueil était parfaitement organisé !
Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

The apartment is located at the main market place of the medieval city of Conflans, which is just a short walk away from the city center of Albertville. So all the important commodities of french life like croissants, a cafe/bar, newspapers etc are in easy reach. The apartment itself is well equipped and the antique furniture fits the environment. Everything is well kept and functional. Not to forget the owner who is very pleasant and helpful. Overall the place is perfect for both summer and winter vacations. Highly recommended.

C'était agréable de rester la décoration de l'appartement très bien je l'aime et l'emplacement est en accord avec l'apt près de restayrante et jesk beaucoup de choses excellente vue
