My apartment is located in Pombal city of Vila Real de Santo António,
New Apartment T1, inserted in excellent building, fully equipped in Vila Real de Santo António.
It has a room with lots of natural light, with a double bed.
spacious living room, where there are two sofa beds comfortable, also has dining area, seating area with TV.
fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster. which has everything you need to cook your meals, and which also has table and chairs where you can dine
The bathroom is complete with bath.
It has a balcony with 14 m2 where you can sit to rest or sunbathe.
It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom
The whole house has plenty of natural light.
Free parking is available 50 meters away.
The apartment has wheelchair access, and the elevator descends to the garage.
The building is located very close to the Guadiana. Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a beautiful city in the Algarve, its beaches are those with the hottest water Portugal, is an attractive place to spend summer holidays have the beaches and the sun.
In winter has a very mild temperature.
It has a rich and varied cuisine, especially a very good fish.
Besides the beaches has a beautiful square, has a huge sports complex, which often has athletes from around the world to train.
