About this house rental
The Soiz cottage is a typical Breton house with a pleasant garden not overlooked. The 7-seat SPA can also be used as a swimming pool for young children. Its safety cover helps prevent falls.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and TV, the other with two 90x200 beds that can be pushed together for a couple. A small living room. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the bedding.
Possibility of cot and high chair.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted and equipped, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
In the living room you will find a 3 seater convertible sofa for 2 people with high quality sleeping, a fixed 2 seater sofa, TV, DVD player, library and wood stove for winter evenings.
In the 4 seasons veranda, a dining room with a table and table chairs, buffet with dishes and a wing chair to enjoy the sun.
In the garden a terrace welcomes you with garden table for 6 people, barbecue and of course the adjoining SPA.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included as well as cleaning at the end of the stay.
25 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Pont-Aven. Has set off from Lorient and its Interceltic Festival, and Quimper with the Cornwall Festival, or the Festival of old plows. The beaches of Trévignon are very beautiful as well as the city of Concarneau, and the visit of the Glénan islands is essential. There are a lot of activities possible for all ages.
