Apartment at 980 m, with balcony, parking place and internet, close byTriberg

Our 46 sqm two-room apartment with balcony is located in a pleasantly quiet, clear area in Schonach, just outside the village on a hillside at about 980 m. There are only 8 steps from the parking place / house entrance to the apartment. No pets please!
We offer a bedroom with a large window and a standard double bed (1.80x2.00), where each partner has his own bedroom door, since the bed goes from wall to wall. Then there is a relatively large living room with dining area and a fold-out, high-quality sofa bed with separate mattress (1.40 x 1.95) and a rocking chair. Please bring bed linen, sheets and towels with you or rent them from our friendly supervisor from the neighborhood (€ 14.00 per person and set).
A small bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a small but complete kitchen with ceran stove, oven, microwave, two coffee machines (filter coffee and pads), kettle, toaster and dishwasher complete the offer. The kitchen has an exhaust fan that can be switched on under the light switch.
Between the entrance and living area there is a small hallway with a wardrobe, access to the bathroom and a door to the living room, so that it is nice and quiet in the living room. We also have a beautiful, south-facing balcony with table and chairs for 4 people. The apartment also has a parking space (No. 85) right next to the entrance. Please only park here! For entertainment there is a large Phillips Smart LED TV with internet access and a small Dual stereo system with CD player.
Nature begins a few meters behind the house and you can go hiking or cycling (mountain bike). In summer the free outdoor pool on the slope opposite is recommended and in winter the skier lift Winterberg is interesting for beginners and families, which is only a few 100 meters from the apartment. The Rohrhardsberg ski lift (for advanced skiers) is only about 9 minutes away by car. There are 40 km of cross-country trails all around. In addition to a redesigned spa park, there is the second largest cuckoo clock in the world, the largest is now 4 km further in Triberg, where there are also the famous waterfalls.
With the Konus guest card, which you receive from us for your tourist tax, you can take wonderful day trips to Lake Titisee and Schluchsee, to Feldberg, to Freiburg, or to Baden-Baden for free. The Bundesbahn and practically all local transport is available to you free of charge throughout the Black Forest (without ICE and IC). You have to have the original guest card, no copy or foto on the mobile phone. Of course, one must not forget the beautiful surrounding area, where you can walk up and down for hours with beautiful views. A little further then, but of course no longer free of charge, Basel and Zurich in Switzerland or Colmar and Strasbourg in France and many other interesting places, all feasible as a day trip.
The mandatory tourist tax is € 3.00 per day for adults and € 1.50 for children aged 6-16. You will receive the spa cards from us in advance, so that you do not have to walk around and may be able to take advantage of the advantages (since we receive the invoice from the spa administration, we ask for a refund to our account after receipt of the spa cards). There are no additional costs - final cleaning, electricity, water and heating are included. Unfortunately, arrival on Sundays is not possible!
Payments (with the exception of the tourist tax) are processed exclusively by Expedia / Homeaway / Fewo-direkt. The deposit will be refunded automatically!
