8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The villa is very nice and we had a lovely holiday, but the furnishings are a little bit tired. We arrived in the evening and had to go and collect the keys from the agency office lockbox across town. However there were no instructions with the keys just an electric fob with 2 keys. On arriving at the house in the dark we assumed the electric fob was to open the gates but after many attempts we discovered it was opening a garage door at the far side of the house! The gates are very stiff and hard to open which was difficult in the dark. Perhaps this could be addressed by an informative email in advance? It would also have been helpful to have instructions for the oven as all of the markings have worn away. We did enjoy staying at the villa though and the air con was fantastic in the heat.

All good & the only very small issue was lack of towels which was addressed very quickly. I would add that small welcome pack would be a nice touch especially for people arrive late evening something I have raised already . Thank you
