I just spent a month here and amenities are as described. Convenient to everything, so car unnecessary. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. In spite of being on the edge of the old town, it was quiet. Jose even picked me up from Bilbao airport. I’d book again.

The location is perfect - right on the river with views of the beach and ocean,. Quiet despite being in Parte Vieja. Spacious rooms. Nice view from balcony. Friendly and responsive owners. If I could make it even more perfect I'd upgrade the internet, which could be unstable occasionally. Nice kitchen but barely used it with the gastronomic delights of Donostia just footsteps away.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y reúne las condiciones para una estancia agradable en la ciudad. Es tranquilo y está bien equipado. Los propietarios son encantadores y se han mostrado accesibles antes y durante la estancia. Muy recomendable sin duda. ¡Muchas gracias!

Jose and Elena were very friendly and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Which is was. They are truly super hosts.We enjoyed the view from the bay windows. Zurriola Beach on 1 side and Parte Vieja on the other. The kitchen was equipped with more than we needed. Including a fantastic Spanish olive oil.Walked to all the beaches, Parte Vieja, Monte Urgull, Museo San Telmo...all around town. Bus #16 goes to Monte Igueldo, otherwise a rather long, uphill walk. Friendly hosts, super location, comfortable accommodation....
