About this apartment rental
Masterfully decorated wooden floors and accents give the apartment a very chic ambiance, combined with a great view of the emancipation park. A one bedroom with the space of a two bedroom.
Plus the fridge will be stocked with ice cold RED STRIPE on your arrival.
The apartment features the following:
- Central located IN New Kingston. Literally walking distance.
- 24 Hour Security and Sensor Access to enter the Apartment building. .
- 55 Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and Android TV Box LOADED with NEW MOVIES AND TV SHOWS ( Binge if you like :)
- High speed wireless Internet.
- Personal work desk, with MAC ( Leave your computer at home)
- Clothes hangers
- Preprogrammed AC in Bedroom
- Full kitchen with all essential appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, Electric kettle, utensils, dinnerware, etc.)
- Free parking
- Iron with ironing board
OR THE ADVENTUROUS : Gopro Available or rent $10 a day . Waterproof accessories, selfies stick and body harness to make the most awesome situations memorable ($200 replacement fee is charge if device is damaged, lost, stolen, etc.)
Guest will have access to the entire complex and facilities.
Complimentary cleaning once a week for guests who book in excess of 3 nights.
The Apartment Card has a sensor, which if lost or damaged will result in a $75 replacement fee.

Very Quiet and Relaxing. Funny because its in the middle of the City.
The best view in all of Kingston. the western side of the complex views the sea and the eastern side views the city.

Excellent communication with the host; very timely response. Dont let the curb appeal run you away. The inside is exactly like the pictures. The location is convenient to many things. I would stay again. Oh, if you have a lot of bags and/or luggage you'll have to climb at least 15 to 20 steps to get to the elevator. I never saw the front dedk receptionist but all went well.

I went to Jamaica for the Boys and Girl champs. The location was great. The place was clean. The host was easily accessible. I had a great time after my arrival.I would stay there again.
