This 1 bedroom apartment with spectacular views over Benidorm, the sea and mountainside has been totally renovated to a high standard. Relax in the comfortable lounge or chill out on the bright and sunny terrace. The apartment block has its own gated swimming pool area allowing the children to play safe while the parents sunbathe.For the younger generation, the night life is just a moments walk around the corner but still far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. All amenities are only a moments walk away.

This apartment on the 17th floor was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped, great shower and a large balcony with excellent views.
The communication was fantastic and the exchange of keys made very easy. We would fully recommend the apartment and the experience as a whole and are already planning next years trip.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week over New Year and couldn’t have asked for anything better.
This one bedroom apartment has everything you need for your stay and is very clean and modern.
The owner Alistair was very helpful to us and was just a phone call away if we needed any help.
The view from the 17th floor was amazing and the sun shines on the well equipped balcony the whole day.
Location is good only a 10 minute walk to the main drag and across the road from the apartment there is a twice weekly outdoor market, Sunday & Wednesday.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment, you would not be disappointed, thanks Ali.

Excellent location. Clean, well equipped in a really nice gated block. Lovely large balcony with eating and relaxing areasFriendly and efficient owners - we arrived late and left early but not an issueWould stay again and highly recommend it.
